STREETPADEL ships to the main countries of the European Union. Costs are calculated automatically in the cart based on destination and order weight. Deliveries within Europe can be made in 24–48 hours using the air express service available for certain countries.

Express shipping costs are calculated at checkout, taking into account both the selected products and the shipping address. Countries not listed in the table do not have ground shipping available and can only receive orders via air service. Contact us before placing your order.
The cash on delivery service is available for orders to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. You pay the courier directly when you receive the package, with no card or bank account required.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with the tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's portal so you can locate your package in real time.

Logistics incidents beyond our control may arise (network congestion delays, adverse weather conditions, routing errors, local public holidays, etc.) that increase delivery times.

- The timescales indicated are estimates. STREETPADEL accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure events.
- If the package shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.
- STREETPADEL will take all necessary measures to ensure delivery within the agreed timescale or, if not possible, as soon as reasonably possible.
