Below is the contractual document governing the purchase of products and services through the STREETPADEL website. Acceptance of this document means the CUSTOMER:
- Has read, understands and comprehends what is set out here.
- Is a person with sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.
These terms and conditions shall have an indefinite period of validity and shall apply to all purchases made through the STREETPADEL website. STREETPADEL reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms, without this affecting goods or promotions purchased prior to the amendment.
On the one hand, the provider of the goods or services purchased by the CUSTOMER is GRUPO PADEL XXI, S.L.U., with registered address at Polígono Industrial Oeste, Calle Venezuela, Parcela 1-17, 30820, Alcantarilla, Murcia, Spain. Tax ID (CIF): B73767261. Customer service phone: 968 976 394.
On the other hand, the CUSTOMER, registered on the website by means of a username and password, for which they hold full responsibility of use and custody, being responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the provider.
The CUSTOMER may not choose a username that could be confused with the provider's identity, or that is offensive, defamatory, or contrary to law, morality or accepted standards of conduct.
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the sales relationship established between STREETPADEL and the CUSTOMER at the moment the CUSTOMER accepts the corresponding checkbox during the online purchasing process.
This sales relationship involves the delivery, in exchange for a set price publicly displayed on the website, of a specific product or service.
The purchasing procedure can only be carried out in Spanish, unless another language is indicated before starting the process. The CUSTOMER must register by creating a user account, freely and voluntarily providing the required personal data.
Indicate where you want to receive the purchased product.
Cash on delivery, bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
Apply your code if you have one and add any comments about the order.
Provide the tax address for issuing the invoice.
You will receive an email with all the details, price, shipping method and estimated delivery.
Delivery will be made to the delivery address freely designated by the CUSTOMER. STREETPADEL accepts no responsibility when delivery cannot be completed as a result of false, inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the CUSTOMER, or when delivery cannot be carried out for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company.
- Delivery timescales are 1 to 7 days, depending on product stock.
- The customer will be notified of any possible delays.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, except public holidays or unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any additional cost arising from customs procedures shall be borne by the customer. The company will not cover any import duties that may apply to the shipment. If the order is refused at destination, STREETPADEL will attempt to recover the shipment, charging the customer for shipping, return, customs and any other costs incurred.
The prices shown for each product include VAT and any other applicable taxes and are expressed in Euros (€). Unless expressly stated otherwise, these prices do not include shipping, handling, insurance or other additional service costs.
Applicable prices will be those published on the website and automatically applied during the final stage of the purchasing process. The customer accepts that the price of certain products may vary in real time, and any such change will be communicated in advance.

In accordance with the Geo-blocking Regulation 2018/302, this website reviews content in different languages to facilitate the relationship with users from other European Union member states. Prices per item will be the same, although the final cost may vary depending on taxation, distribution and logistics.
In the event of a price dispute, the lowest price referenced for the same item will apply. To report a pricing error, a screenshot must be provided or the error must be proven within 24 hours of when the purchase was started or completed.

The CUSTOMER shall have a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product to return it. Shipping costs relating to the return shall be borne by the customer, and the product must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
Consequences of the right of withdrawal
If this right is exercised, all payments received will be refunded, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and, except in cases of force majeure, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the notification of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
No costs will be incurred as a result of the refund. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or the customer has provided proof of return.
The CUSTOMER shall only be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
These terms apply generally to purchasing processes on the website, except where specific terms have been established, which will prevail over the general terms. Specific terms may be associated with certain items or periods, and may be advertised directly on the item or through banners, pop-ups or other informational media.
STREETPADEL keeps a record of changes made to the website. In the event of a dispute, this record may be requested to verify the terms in force on a specific date.
If any of these Terms and Conditions, or any provision of a contract, is declared null and void by a final ruling issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in force and shall not be affected by such declaration of invalidity.
STREETPADEL's commitment is centred on maximum customer satisfaction, as well as on honouring and recognising all the rights that Spanish law grants to end users.
Any questions or disputes?
All products offered are entirely original, unless otherwise indicated in their description. In accordance with current regulations:
If a defect occurs and the customer suspects it may be due to a manufacturing fault, they may contact customer service. STREETPADEL will process the warranty claim with the product brand's technical service.
Possible outcomes of the warranty process
The technical service repairs the product and returns it to the customer.
The technical service replaces the item with a new one of the same model (subject to stock availability).
The technical service determines there is no manufacturing fault and returns the original product to the customer.
The warranty always applies with an invoice or proof of purchase. Law 3/2014, of 27 March (Spanish Official State Gazette (BOE) no. 76, of 28 March 2014).
In accordance with Art. 14 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free-to-use platform for resolving online disputes between parties without the need to go to court, through the involvement of a neutral dispute resolution body.
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law with respect to anything not expressly established herein. STREETPADEL and the CUSTOMER agree to submit any dispute to the Courts and Tribunals of the CUSTOMER's place of residence.
If the CUSTOMER resides outside Spain, both parties waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the Courts and Tribunals legally determined by the laws applicable to this contract.
All information relating to products will be published on the website, including brand, model, images, description, price, discounts, gifts included, deferred payment option and related products.
Stock shortages
If stock is unavailable at the time of purchase, STREETPADEL will inform the customer of the following options:
- Wait for the product to be restocked at no extra cost.
- Cancel the purchase with a full refund of the amount paid.
- Receive a product with similar or superior characteristics, subject to the customer's prior approval.
Discount codes do not apply to ball hoppers, outlet items, last units, sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, other special campaigns or selected products, unless expressly stated otherwise. Discount codes cannot be combined under any circumstances.
Terms for gift items
- Physical gifts will be available while stocks last; the order will never be shipped without its gift or an equivalent replacement.
- STREETPADEL reserves the right to replace gift items with others of equal or greater value.
- Gifts are not redeemable for cash and are not eligible for exchange, return or warranty.
- Returns of gift items must be approved in writing in advance; shipping costs are borne by the customer in both directions.
