GRUPO PADEL XXI, S.L.U. (hereinafter, “PN”), in accordance with the recommendations established by the Spanish Data Protection Agency regarding the best way to guarantee users’ right to information (data subjects), has prepared a new privacy policy. In its first section (Basic Information), this policy has been drafted with a structure and language intended to be as clear, concise and understandable as possible, taking into account what this text (privacy policy) must and intends to communicate. Two separate information sections can be found:

Basic Information, a section that we consider sufficient for the user (data subject) to obtain an initial understanding of the processing (use) of their data by PN in general terms, as well as knowledge of the exercise of the rights extended by the new regulatory framework (General Data Protection Regulation), how to proceed in order to request the exercise of such rights, where to address the request and to whom specifically.
