We offer our customers the opportunity to try their pair of ASICS padel shoes for a minimum of 30 days from the date of purchase and then they will have 30 more days to communicate their intention to return them.

• Example: For a pair of shoes purchased on 14/09, the customer can request a refund from 14/10 up to and including 13/11).

This campaign will be active from September 1 to October 31, 2017.

How to request a refund?

There, you must follow easy instructions. 1) Fill out the form with your details starting from 30 days after the date of your purchase and before 60 days from the same date. 2) Attach the purchase receipt showing the amount paid and the date of your purchase. 3) Explain to us in more than 15 words why you were not satisfied with your ASICS performance shoes. 4) Return your ASICS shoes free of charge as indicated on the promotion website. If everything is correct, we will refund the amount of your purchase within one month.
