World Padel Tour Calendar for 2015
This morning, the 2015 season calendar was officially announced. The event took place at an official Gala held by the most international padel circuit in Madrid, attended by the two great players Martín Díaz and Bela, along with Javier Porras, General Director of World Padel Tour, and Federico Segarra, Communication and External Relations Director of Estrella Damm.
"It's going to be a season full of new features," Segarra himself acknowledged this morning at the calendar presentation event. The big news on the calendar is the emergence of two new international venues: Dubai and Monte Carlo, in addition to other new developments such as the breakup of the world's number one pair, Juan Martín Díaz and Fernando Belasteguín, who will not play together this year after a decade at the top.
The season will feature 5 Masters, 10 Opens, 4 Challengers, and the Master Final in Madrid. The competition will begin on March 23 with the Estrella Damm Barcelona Master at the Real Club de Polo courts, with 70% of tickets sold within 48 hours.
The matches will be streamed on the official website www.worldpadeltour.com, which has renovated its design. The circuit will have greater deployment and television coverage.
