In the incomparable setting of the Ágora in Valencia, Cata Tenorio, a player from the Bullpadel Team (who uses the Bullpadel Kata Light 2014 as her racket), and her partner Marta Marrero have won their first title of the season after defeating Marta Ortega and Lucía Sainz in the final of the Estrella Damm Valencia Open (6-2 and 6-4). For some time, Cata and Marta had threatened to make the big leap, and after the final they lost in Seville, today they lifted the title in the Ágora.

The tournament bracket initially seemed extremely tough for our player and her partner, but they successively eliminated the #1 Madrid pair in the round of 16, the current World Champions Patty and Ely in the quarterfinals, and in the semifinals, the #1 pair, the Sánchez Alayeto sisters.
In the final, against Lucía Sainz and Marta Ortega, the pressure was on Cata and Marta, who had the experience of a final.
