Streetpadel.es wants to offer its customers a unique, convenient service designed specifically with the needs of each consumer in mind. We make it easier for you to exchange or renew your padel racket using a proven effective method: the Trade-in Plan.

What does this method offer me?

It makes it easier for you because you can get your new racket with an additional discount depending on the physical-esthetic condition of your old racket, allowing you to replace it in the best way. The valuation will vary according to the type of customer account, normal or premium.

What do I need to do?

You must fill out a form that will ask for several requirements, personal customer data, and the condition of the racket, which must be demonstrated by uploading four photos so that our agents can assess it. It is recommended to take photos of both sides, the profile, and a complete one that shows the entire racket.

Afterwards, you can choose the padel racket you want to buy from a list of new rackets we offer, with the value of your old one deducted.

When will I be contacted?

The commercial department, together with after-sales, will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to give you the resolution of said process. You will also be assigned a discount code that you can use when you buy online.

Is the Trade-in Plan valid for businesses?

The Trade-in Plan is only available for end customers, not for businesses.

Will I have to pay shipping costs when my old racket is collected?

Your old racket will be collected free of charge at your home, and the new one will be delivered 24 hours after purchase. This trade-in plan is only valid for Peninsular Spain.

The sale of your old racket will be made without gifts or promotions. Only the racket with its corresponding cover will be delivered.
