How a Star Vie padel racket is made

Star Vie is one of the best-positioned brands in the market thanks to its padel rackets, manufactured entirely in Spain. On the occasion of the Estrella Damm Las Rozas Open, the Guadalajara-based company wanted to show the manufacturing process of its rackets, with the collaboration of its best player, Matías Díaz Sangiorgio, number 6 in the WPT ranking.

The factory, located in Azuqueca de Henares, received a visit from the World Padel Tour to see firsthand how Star Vie padel rackets are made.

The video shows how a raw racket is transformed into a racket ready for our padel matches after a careful control and manufacturing process that usually takes about 25 minutes from start to finish.
